Individual Session
These session are designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts and emotions. Individuals will be able to explore how relationships, past and/or present, impact who they are today.
50 mins | $100-$110
Relational Session
These sessions are meant to aid couple relationships or larger systems in your life. Whether it be you and your partner, a parent/child dynamic, multiple generations, or even friendships, these sessions are created to find healing in your relationships.
50 mins | $125-$135
Co-Therapy
In-person only, we offer the ability to schedule sessions with both Trista and Wesley. Having a co-therapists can be beneficial as it provides clients with additional support and another perspective. This option is great for couples and families. (Availability limited by schedule)

Event Speaking
Are you hosting an event? We would be honored to provide our knowledge and expertise as a speaker. We strive to only present on topics within our scope of practice. If you are interested, please inquire for more details.
